All sales are final, Berro's Ranch does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

All merchandise sales are final. If a product is received damaged our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.

We do not offer buyers remorse on any product. (wrong color, wrong size, etc)
